An international software services organisation is looking to hire a Strategic Account Manager.Responsibilities:
* Create strategies to support account growth
* Manage account strategies to increase account revenue
* Develop strong business relationships with high level members of customer organisations
* Manage solution development and conduct customer presentations
* Coordinate contract negotiations
* Track customer satisfaction and update the account team on customer concerns
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* 5+ years of experience in sales
* 2+ years of experience as a senior or key account manager
* Experience in technical sales
* 10+ years of experience in field sales is ideal
* Proven expertise in the company's products and services is a plus
