* Manage customer service operation performance
* Provide maximum customer satisfaction through internal and external parties
* Create and manage KPIs
* Track costs and resources
* Track customer satisfaction levels
* Handle customer questions and issues
Requirements:
* Master's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field
* 5+ years of experience in a management position
* Experience in technical or customer service
* Technical expertise in operation and network systems
* People management skills
* Native level Japanese; business level English
