A successful food retail organisation is searching for a Senior Cloud Application Engineer.Responsibilities:
* Find the root cause of issues before they impact the business
* Develop monitoring of critical and non-critical systems to ensure continuous performance
* Ensure stability of the online platform
* Provide training for colleagues
* Implement automation to reduce the need for manual interventions
* Communicate key metrics to management
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in IT is desired
* 3+ years of experience in online system or web application support role
* 2+ years of experience in a global enterprise organisation
* Industry experience and certifications
* Public cloud certifications are a plus
