A leading international e-commerce company is in search of a Project Manager for a temp-to-perm position.Responsibilities:
* Communicate proactively, manage stakeholder expectations, and enable informed decisions by continuously producing output
* Manage roles, scope, time, cost, human resource, quality, risk, procurement, stakeholders, and communication
* Coordinate internal/external resources to ensure that all projects are delivered on time within scope and budget.
* Develop project plans by applying appropriate project management techniques
* Perform risk management to mitigate project risks and report/escalate to management when needed
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
* Collaborate with the Product Manager and the business side to plan service improvements
* Negotiate and obtain agreement on changes to scope, schedule and budget through the organization's change management process
* Proactively identify and manage risks
* Prepare and send reports to senior management
* Define, implement, and ensure that project processes are followed and adapted as required using the company's project management methodology
* Facilitate meetings efficiently, and create and distribute meetings minutes as needed
* Develop metrics for team management
Requirements:
* At least a year of experience, preferably in project management and/or software development
* Experience with project management tools, preferably Jira/Confluence and MS Project
* English proficiency
