- You will work as an Executive Assistant supporting the senior management, as well as his/her team members. Main duties include scheduling internal and external meetings, preparing presentation materials, communicating with counterparts in overseas to arrange conference calls, and various administrative support.

- You need to have at least most recent 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or executive assistant in finance institution, native level of Japanese and solid business level of English. Strong attention to detail and flexible work attitude are must as you will be working in a small sized office, you should be comfortable with communicating not only internally but also externally using both English and Japanese.
