A multinational biotechnology company is searching for a Customer Care Manager.Responsibilities:
* Play a key role in the creation and application of best practice procedures
* Coordinate work flow through staff planning, talent development, improvement programs, and scheduling to ensure high-quality service
* Create training processes and professional development strategy for staff
* Act as a mentor to team members in order to solve productivity issues
* Review operations data to ensure transparency and successful strategic decision making
* Provide regular and timely reports to the relevant leaders
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in management, finance, supply chain, logistics, engineering, or related technical field
* 10+ years of experience in customer service, supply chain, or operations management
* Experience developing successful customer-facing teams
* Expertise in SAP or Enterprise One
* Ability and willingness to travel
* English and Japanese proficiency
