Manage local Infrastructure operation (Mainly, Desktop/Digital Workplace/Mobile)
Work with global service (Windows based environment) at senior level.
Manage incident management, change management and compliance processes
Evaluates vendor products in terms of business needs to ensure that appropriate and relevant products are obtained while maintaining cost effectiveness and company efficiency.
Hands-on support for local cloud.
Use innovative approach and think outside the box to solve daily problems.
Communicate with business users to understand needs, develop a new solution and execute projects in controlled manner.
Leads various infrastructure projects; ex. Mobile migration, IT integration.
Work on outside of traditional infrastructure field and participate in new digital project using new technologies such as IoT, VR/AR, 3D printers and face recognition system.

- 必須

5 + years of relevant work experience.
Strong technical background. MCP/MCSE/CCNA/CCNP/AWS certification preferred.
Experience in hands on infrastructure support with global company.
Experience in Data Security and IT Audit (ex. ISMS).
Effective communicate skills for various stakeholders both in internally and externally in Japanese and English.
Incident Management experience
Experience IT integration through M&A.
Experience Team management
ITIL Certification preferred.
Project management skill. PMP preferred.
Detail oriented.
Deliverable & Result oriented.

月給 42万円~70万円 (固定時間外勤務手当 30時間相当を含む)+インセンティブ
