◎Setting up and update the internal policies
・Filling the missing pieces of internal policies since the Advisory group is growing rapidly.
・As edged professional firm for clients and employees’ happiness, the assessment and implementation on the new policy and HR infrastructure.
・Establish the brand of the advisory in Japan HR market, also working with local and global Marketing & Communication team.
・Through above, hiring the outstanding and excellent people +20 annually as ambitious target
・Separately, management on recruiting agent
◎Employees On-boarding processes
◎Employees Off-boarding processes
◎Liaise with the external professionals, such as outsourced vendors for payroll calculation, social insurance filing etc
◎Maintain the various HR related system
・Employees databases across the global platforms
◎Communication window to all employees for annual procedures such as evaluation, policies, year-end tax adjustment, health check etc.
◎Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
◎5 years+ HR experience
◎Japanese language as native level, Business English
◎Experiences on working start-up under swiftly changing environment, multi-tasking required
◎Working under multi-culture or foreign affiliated company
◎Working at professional firm
◎Self starter, and Strong mindset on keeping confidentiality, and fairness to secure the objectivity, keeping away from personal and private conflicts
