経理チーム内において、主にGLとAPに関わる経理部門の実務及びチームマネージメントを担当いただきます。・Manage all accounting operations in A/P and GL
・Develops, implements and maintains systems, procedures and policies
・Provides accounting assistance to business
・Be in charge of audit processes in AP and GL
・Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
・Maintain chart of accounts and business unit structure within Oracle EBS.
・Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation. Responsible for tax filing.
・Continuously enhances professional knowledge and stays current with the company and industry best practices
・Deliver results through team leadership, cross functional collaboration and motivate groups to collectively meet common objectives
・Supervise and manage AP & GL staff. Motivate and lead team members by clarifying roles and providing helpful feedback so as to build strong team.
・Additional AP, GL, internal control and tax relevant duties as necessary
・Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
・5 years or more accounting experience in Western multinational listed companies.
・At least 3 years of supervisory experience in Western multinational companies.
・Experiences with creating financial statements, general ledger functions, the month-end/ quarter-end/ year end close processes and tax filing.
・Understanding on and application to day-to-day tasks of US GAAP and SOX.
・Outstanding mathematical skills, high attention to detail
・Business level English proficiency both written and verbal
・2 years+ of experience with MS Office and financial management software such as SAP and Oracle
