The primary role of this position will be HR labor law management, and support of Human Resources team.
Responsibilities
● Review and revise contracts for all employees, including full-time, part-time and contractors. Consult with labor lawyer as necessary.
● Apply & coordinate visas for international employees for inbound travel.
● Conduct company orientation for members joining Japan team.
● Track and maintain temporary staff life cycle & activities (e.g.
renewal/termination of contract, coordination with consultants, etc).
● Track and maintain employee life cycle & activities (probation, appraisal,
notice, resignation).
● Lead onboarding of new staff

Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration and or related field.
Experience working as a labor officer for 3+ years.
Has the ability to work in a fast paced, quick changing environment.
Self-starter and initiator.
Desirable skills
In depth knowledge of labor law.
English speaking ability, TOEIC- 600+.
