Use systems models, diagnostics and data to analyze organizational problems and provide solutions for your assigned client group(s).
Influence cultural evolution through partnership with the COE, provide context to rewards systems, direct employee engagement, leadership development, talent management
Apply an array of strategic talent management solutions to continuously improve talent acquisition and onboarding, retention, talent assessment, performance management, development and career/professional growth.
Drive people data analytics, diagnostics capabilities & building of recommendations for the assigned client groups
Aggregate training needs identified within the assigned client group(s), develop implementation plans to address the needs identified in coordination with COE, and may partner with other P&O functions in developing respective trainings.
Instilling trust and confidence by maintaining objectivity and clearly communicating rational behind recommendations.

Education:
・Bachelor's degree and 3+ years HR related experience required
・Generalist/HRBP experience preferred
Experience:
・Experience working with employees and managers on employee relations matters
・Excellent data analysis, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
・Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills
・Proficiency in excel and Office suite required
Language:
・Fluent in Japanese
・Proficiency in English as Business Level: TOEIC above 730
・Learning agility to English is preferred
