I graduated from Waseda Business School in Japan and I have a deep understanding of the market. Career changes at this level are significantly more difficult for both the candidate and the company, in that they require much more discretion. In addition to the actual job skills, compatibility with the management as well as understanding the role division among other managers are just as if not more important. I have been working with the majority of my clients for over 10 years and have long-standing relationships with them.
