職務経歴
Prior to joining RGF Executive Search Japan, Constantin gained industry experience working as a consultant for one of the Big 4 and an Associate at a Japanese megabank in Germany. Additionally, he could gain recruiting experience as a researcher at a multinational executive search firm in Tokyo as part of the financial services front office team.
Originally from Berlin, Germany, Constantin received a bachelor’s degree in Japanese Studies from the University of Vienna in Austria. He holds a double master’s degree in International Business from the Berlin School of Economics and Law in Germany and the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics in Chengdu, China. He wrote his master thesis during an exchange semester at the graduate school of economics at Kobe University.
