I make it a priority to guide and teach candidates on the employment market as a career adviser. This means working with our candidates through each step of the job changing process--initial meetings, presenting best positions and companies, coaching on effective interviewing techniques and salary negotiations, and helping the candidate transition into their new company fully ready to succeed.
