The Japan Marketing Manager is responsible for all aspects of marketing in the Japan market. Develops, implements, and maintains marketing plans to exceed units, revenue and profitability goals in key targeted regions.
Establishes, implements, and maintains “best practices” within the Japan region. Serves as a critical link between Japan customers, sales team, with close working collaboration with Global Marketing Team.
Draw and update mid-long term brand/business vision, goal, objectives and STRATEGY to contribute for the company objective.
Also lead the operational activities of building and managing solid NBO pipeline plan through collaboration with DMRA; and operating brand equity building activities mainly through brand communication plan (media/PR/Digital).
Finally, assume responsibility to assure all activities on the brand meet the brand strategy and achieve the annual budget (P&L).
To develop and execute upstream marketing strategies and tactics which will increase # of patient served through Diabetes business, leading the key internal functions and processes, and assisting Marketing Manager to satisfy whole marketing objectives. To establish products as standard of care in insulin delivery that provides good glucose control for individual diabetic patients and contributes to improving their QOL
